Sunday at ESBC . . .
- Sunday School. New Essentials Class starting this Sunday. What does it mean to be woke? What is social justice? What do people mean by systemic racism? Where did all the gender and sex confusion come from? Why is there so much hostility surrounding these issues? How do we respond to all this? These are questions we will address in a new Essentials class called “Understanding Our Times” that will begin this Sunday. Pastor Steve will be teaching in the chapel at 9am.
- Confident Contentment. Worry, restlessness, fear, uncertainty, and discontent have a way of creeping into our hearts and minds. How do we battle these? How can we be confidently content with so much going on in us and around us? We will explore this on Sunday morning at 10am as we dig into Philippians 4:10-20.
